Most standard two-car driveways run between $120 and $200 depending on size and condition. We price at $0.20 per square foot with a $120 minimum. Heavily stained or algae-covered surfaces may carry a condition surcharge. All pricing is confirmed upfront in your quote — no surprises.
A standard driveway job usually runs 1.5 to 2.5 hours including setup and teardown. Patios, larger surfaces, or bundled services take longer. We'll give you an honest time estimate when we confirm your booking so you can plan accordingly.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the area being cleaned and a water source, most jobs can be completed without you home. We'll send a before-and-after update and follow up once we're done. Just let us know your preference when you book.
